As the head says, if this were swine flu, there\u2019d be a panic *and* action. If this were a white neighborhood, there\u2019d be heads rolling, figuratively, instead of bodies dropping, literally.<\/p>\n
As it stands, Mayor Daley says his city is no worse than others \u2014 and it only *seems* like one student death a week by torture, gunshot wounds, and fire is a lot because they count dropouts as students in the Windy City.<\/p>\n
