I hope the Irish Church tells him to go to hell,<\/a> but the spectacular incompetence and corruption of the Irish bishops is what made all this possible in the first place.<\/p>\n

We seem to have dodged this particular bullet for the moment. But don\u2019t imagine for a second somebody won\u2019t again try to destroy the Seal on this side of the Pond. Caesar is a jealous god and doesn\u2019t like secrets. Nor is he fond of the power to forgive sins. He deals in law and punishment himself and rankles at anything higher than himself, as all slaves of pride do.<\/p>\n
