My son is in a deep depression. Please pray for him and for us, that we may know what we need to do about it. \u00a0He is already under a doctor\u2019s care, but seems to be developing a resistance to the medication.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Father, hear our prayer for his complete healing in body, soul and spirit through Christ our Lord. \u00a0Mother Mary, St. Luke, and St. Dymphna, pray for him, his caregivers, and all who love him \u00a0Amen.<\/p>\n

Both you and your readers were very kind to pray for me a number of months ago, I think around November time.<\/p>\n

I wonder if I could ask for your prayers again.<\/p>\n

I had an exam on Monday which didn\u2019t go as well as I had hoped. I\u2019m scared of failing it and it seems to have triggered a bout of depression and feelings of hopelessness etc ever since. It affects my sleep and general wellbeing. I can\u2019t shake off the feelings that I could have done better if I had had more time in the exam. I would be very grateful for your prayers and those of your readers.<\/p>\n

On a more positive note, I have been attending RCIA since November and I will be received into the Church at Pentecost. It is the culmination of a long journey, and your own blog has helped me enormously over the years. Thank you.<\/p>\n

On another positive note, after today\u2019s exam (which was ok), I visited Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament which was wonderful.<\/p>\n

A prayer request for my cousin, please: Avery is 2 1\/2 years old and has heterotaxy\u2013 her heart is deformed and she needs several extremely risky surgeries over the course of childhood. She\u2019s just had her two year surgery that seemed to go well, but then for no reason the doctors can tell her heart stopped and she had a seizure that\u2019s lasted for almost a day. She is currently sedated with a machine preforming all of her heart functions, and there is likely to be significant brain damage if she survives. <\/span>
My cousin\u2019s family are now stranded in the city they had to fly to for Avery\u2019s surgery, as they\u2019re going to have to stay there for much longer than anticipated and no one knows how long.
