\n1) Kennedy was Reagan-appointed. He decided Obergefell (gay marriage)
\n2) Roberts was Bush-appointed. He decided Sebelius (Obamacare)
\n3) Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992) failed to overturn Roe. It was 5-4. Kennedy and O\u2019Connor, both Reagan-appointed, were in the majority. If they decide against Roe, it is overturned 6-3.
\n4) Roe v. Wade (1973) was 7-2.
\n1 dissent (White) was Kennedy-appointed, the other (Rehnquist) was Nixon-appointed.
