I just got a phone call in which held an answer to prayer I brought before my God on behalf of the life of a loved one. Singing praises to Him today who has heard my little voice and seen fit to give us even more reasons to rejoice and have a merry heart! What a kind and merciful God I serve, who not only hears my fumbling petitions but responds to them!\n

\u201cFor though the\u00a0Lord\u00a0is high, he regards the lowly,\u00a0but the haughty he knows from afar.\u00a0Though I walk in the midst of trouble,\u00a0you\u00a0preserve my life\u00a0you\u00a0stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies,\u00a0and your\u00a0right hand delivers me.\u00a0The\u00a0Lord\u00a0will\u00a0fulfill his purpose for me;\u00a0your steadfast love, O\u00a0Lord, endures forever.\u00a0Do not forsake\u00a0the work of your hands.\u201d -Psalm 138:6-8<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

I just started a prayer journal this month, but this is the first big petition that has been answered this year.
