Descending Theology: The Resurrection<\/p>\n

From the far star points of his pinned extremities,
\ncold inched in\u2013black ice and blood ink\u2013
\ntill the hung flesh was empty. Lonely in that void
\neven for pain, he missed his splintered feet,
\nthe human stare buried in his face.
\nHe ached for two hands made of meat
\nhe could reach to the end of.
\nIn the corpse\u2019s core, the stone fist of his heart<\/p>\n

began to bang on the stiff chest\u2019s door,
\nand breath spilled back into that battered shape. Now
\nit\u2019s your limbs he longs to flow into\u2013
\nfrom the sunflower center in your chest
\noutward\u2013as warm water
\nshatters at birth, rivering every way.<\/p>\n
