Savior of the Nations, Come<\/strong><\/p>\n

Savior of the nations come,
\nShow yourself, the virgin\u2019s son.
\nMarvel heaven, wonder earth,
\nThat our God chose such a birth.<\/p>\n

Not by human power or seed
\nDid the woman\u2019s womb conceive;
\nOnly by the Spirit\u2019s breath
\nWas the Word of God made flesh.<\/p>\n

Mary then was found with child,
\nStill a virgin, chaste and mild.
\nGod had favored her with grace
\nTo receive the Prince of Peace.<\/p>\n

Christ laid down his majesty,
\nPassed through dark Gethsemane.
\nThough he left his Father\u2019s home,
\nChrist now sits on God\u2019s own throne.<\/p>\n

Christ in glory intercede
\nFor your creatures\u2019 suffering need.
\nLet your resurrecting power
\nSoon complete the victory hour.<\/p>\n

Praise to you, O Lord, we sing.
\nPraise to Christ, our newborn King!
\nWith the Father, Spirit, one,
\nLet your lasting kingdom come.<\/p>\n
