They\u2019re Muslim women.<\/p>\n

Yeah, that\u2019s it. The story doesn\u2019t mention why <\/span>they\u2019re termed sexy: do they wear sensual perfume and heavy makeup to entice victims? Do they wear revealing clothes so that victims are disarmed by their supposed physical charms?<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll never know. The story only reports them as female members of an Islamic group in the Philippines.<\/p>\n
