Step 2: Chop up one portobello mushroom, one onion, and a few scallions. You can also add a couple cloves of garlic.<\/p>\n
Step 3: Cook the vegetables in a separate pan. Stir fry for five minutes or so, then add to the pot.<\/p>\n
Step 4: Once the pasta\/noodles are al dente, turn off the stove and serve.<\/p>\n
