Of course, while I\u2019ve set the stage, that\u2019s a joy I\u2019ll discover in all its specificity later. I do hope it\u2019s not toothpaste\u2026<\/p>\n<p>There are supposed to be 230 <a href='https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/library\/buddhism' target='_blank'>Dharma<\/a> folk at this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.garrisoninstitute.org\/index.php?option=com_civicrm&amp;task=civicrm\/event\/info&amp;reset=1&amp;id=106&amp;Itemid=998\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">shindig<\/a>. I quickly ran through the list of people who I could identify as Zen and there doesn\u2019t appear to be a whole lot of \u2019em. Us. So, it\u2019ll be fun to hang with folk committed to the Dharma enough to have been recognized as teachers in their traditions, or are writers on this subject so dear to my heart, but from different, often wildly different traditions for a couple of days.<\/p>\n<p>The agenda looks pretty loose. Actually the whole thing looks pretty thrown together, particularly considering someone started planning this quite a while ago. But that\u2019s fine with me. I get plenty of opportunities to participate in over produced things.<\/p>\n<p>If I get a chance I\u2019ll \u201clive blog\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, kids, don\u2019t forget to get enlightened quickly and save all those many beings!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/blogger.googleusercontent.com\/tracker\/33904114-2413361711292883497?l=monkeymindonline.blogspot.com\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Okay, I\u2019m packed.
