\u201cSergeant, go on! I forded this river<\/div>\n

\u2018Bout a mile above this place.<\/div>\n

It\u2019ll be a little soggy but just keep slogging.<\/div>\n

We\u2019ll soon be on dry ground.<\/div>\n

\u201cWe were \u2014 waist deep in the Big Muddy<\/div>\n

The Sergeant said, \u201cSir, with all this equipment<\/div>\n

The Captain said to him.\u201d<\/div>\n

All we need is a little determination;<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Men, follow me, I\u2019ll lead on.<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were \u2014 neck deep in the Big Muddy<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
And the big fool said to push on.<\/div>\n

All at once, the moon clouded over,<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
We heard a gurgling cry.<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
A few seconds later, the captain\u2019s helmet<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Was all that floated by.<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
The Sergeant said, \u201cTurn around men!<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
I\u2019m in charge from now on.\u201d<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
And we just made it out of the Big Muddy<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
