It looks like I\u2019ve now made about forty-nine bucks! That\u2019s dinner for two at our local taqueria complete with a margarita for Jan. <\/p>\n
I began to have visions of a second (or is it third?) career\u2026<\/p>\n
But also political ads began to appear. Some much less easy for me to take as humorous or ironic\u2026<\/p>\n
However the robot decides where to send ads the fact I make political comments seem to open that area for their ads.<\/p>\n
And some represented views I find rather far from my own. Several even offensive to my admittedly fairly jaded sensibilities\u2026<\/p>\n
I began to hesitate\u2026<\/p>\n
And then there was an advertisement to defund Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t want Planned Parenthood defunded. They\u2019re doing really important work. <\/p>\n
I\u2019m not very good about computers (I often brag I\u2019m living proof any idiot can blog) and maybe there\u2019s a way to screen these things. But until I figure out how, I\u2019ve suspended advertising on this blog.<\/p>\n
