Its me again! Wife who gets frustrated by other wives denying sex from their husbands.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

I just wanted to share with you that I was recently in a group of women and the topic of sex came up. These women were making negative comments and obviously thought that sex was a thing of the world or that it was for men only.<\/em><\/p>\n

I am so proud of myself. I listened non-judgementally<\/span>. Yes, me! I was able to share my thoughts kindly. I was daring. I even asked them what the purpose of the clitoris was. No one said anything. I told them that it was a gift from God to enjoy with their husbands. I shared my \u201ctestimony\u201d if you will that sex in marriage is how God designed for us to be, beyond its procreative powers.<\/em><\/p>\n

Afterwards, one married women of 17 years came up to me shyly, \u201cCould you tell me what a clitoris is?\u201d In my mind I really wanted to react, what!? But I refrained. I kindly told her. She told me that she always wondered what that clump of skin was for. She had not experienced the \u201cO\u201d either.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

17 years! No wonder she thought sex was for men.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

I am so proud that you were able to control your own reactivity enough to make yourself useful in what I\u2019m sure was a difficult conversation. \u00a0The fact that you are willing to be daring and caring in dispelling unhealthy myths or stereotypes is a wonderful act of service. \u00a0That this woman was willing to approach you with what I\u2019m sure she felt was an embarrassing<\/span> question, means you were highly successful. \u00a0Onward, ever onward!<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/div>\n
I would highly encourage all women and all married men to become educated in the way of female anatomy. \u00a0It can be surprisingly complicated. \u00a0But understanding female anatomy can be extremely beneficial in understanding the female body as well as female sexuality. Reaching orgasm (\u2018the O\u201d) can be more complicated for women. \u00a0Some prefer direct clitoral stimulation (which many sexual positions do not allow) while others are more successful with indirect contact. \u00a0It is imperative that women discuss their needs for orgasm with their husbands, and that a couple experiment together with different positions and touches until she is successful in obtaining this beautiful release. \u00a0If either is unwilling to do this, then sex can become a chore or a \u201cman thing\u201d which is highly detrimental to the relationship. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
