That\u2019s what William Friedkin, the director of the horror classic \u201cThe Exorcist,\u201d\u00a0said to an audience at the Cannes film festival last week.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As reported<\/a> by Agence France-Presse,\u00a0Friedkin, 80, claimed that earlier this month he was allowed to film a real exorcism at the Vatican earlier this month. \u201cI was invited by the Vatican exorcist to shoot and video an actual exorcism which\u2026 few people have ever seen and which nobody has ever photographed,\u201d he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n
