\u201cThis \u00a0is \u00a0the \u00a0problem: \u00a0no \u00a0matter \u00a0how \u00a0open, \u00a0accepting \u00a0and \u00a0caring \u00a0religious \u00a0organizations \u00a0are \u00a0towards \u00a0marginalized \u00a0groups, \u00a0if \u00a0these \u00a0feelings \u00a0don\u2019t \u00a0translate \u00a0into \u00a0policy \u00a0then \u00a0it\u2019s \u00a0empty \u00a0speech. \u00a0It \u00a0means \u00a0absolutely \u00a0nothing. \u00a0As \u00a0some \u00a0young \u00a0people \u00a0I \u00a0know \u00a0exclaim, \u00a0\u201c\u2018I \u00a0will \u00a0pray \u00a0for \u00a0you \u00a0is \u00a0just \u00a0Christianese \u00a0for \u00a0\u2018Fuck \u00a0you!'\u201d \u00a0Intention \u00a0requires \u00a0action. \u00a0It \u00a0must \u00a0turn \u00a0into \u00a0practical \u00a0policies \u00a0that \u00a0make \u00a0a \u00a0tangible \u00a0difference \u00a0in \u00a0people\u2019s \u00a0lives.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
