I know a person who stopped believing in God because her dog died. I know another person who stopped believing because his friend got sick. I know another person who stopped believing because of the 2004 tsunami. I know another person who stopped believing because she read a book about the human brain. Many other stories.<\/p>\n

Sometimes it\u2019s a fine line, one slender thread, that keeps people believing. For many of us there\u2019s the deal-breaker<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For this guy all it took was for his hero to resign from his favorite company.\u00a0Steve Jobs resigns as CEO of Apple yesterday.<\/a> I love Apple. I\u2019m a fan. I\u2019ve been a Mac user for over 10 years. Steve Jobs has been a friend, so to speak. I salute him.<\/p>\n
