I drew and posted this cartoon over 5 years ago. At the time I was overwhelmed and angry because I\u2019d heard from so many people that unquestioning obedience is a requirement at their church. This isn\u2019t the experience of everyone, but it is of very many. It had been mine off and on over the years.<\/p>\n

So take some advice: when you catch yourself marching the goose step (spiritually speaking), it\u2019s time to go AWOL.<\/p>\n
