It is like there is a silent agreement that the leader and people conspire together to create this image that both agree with, settle for, and enslave themselves to. It becomes a power that is sometimes impossible to extinguish.<\/p>\n

Usually everyone complies. It takes particular courage to resist this development and break it once it occurs.<\/p>\n
