Then one day I decided that, as a church, we didn\u2019t need to go anywhere. And if you don\u2019t need to go anywhere you don\u2019t need a leader. We didn\u2019t need goals. Vision actually hindered community. Agreement wasn\u2019t necessary. Cooperation could be a fabricated and superficial disguise. This was when my best ministry began. And perhaps what brought it to its end.<\/p>\n

This is most difficult for communities to understand and even more difficult to adopt and practice.<\/p>\n
