  1. realize that your soul is independent<\/strong> of the church\u2026 in it but not of it;<\/li>\n
  2. know that that the church was only meant to assist<\/strong> your journey, not initiate, endorse or authenticate it;<\/li>\n
  3. find others you connect<\/strong>\u00a0with outside the church, christian or not, for life-giving relationships;<\/li>\n
  4. allow yourself time to learn how to breathe<\/strong>\u00a0without the use of the apparatus (the church);<\/li>\n
  5. do not accept<\/strong> the inevitable corrections and condemnations you will receive from well-intentioned but seriously mistaken people;<\/li>\n
  6. separate<\/strong> yourself from the haters. You aren\u2019t required to fellowship with them any longer;<\/li>\n
  7. you will need to deprogram<\/strong> the inner voice that tells you that you\u2019ve made a big mistake;<\/li>\n
  8. nourish<\/strong> your inner life (soul) with what always has but you were afraid to admit it (with new age music, incense, native spirituality, Buddhism<\/a>, sex outdoors\u2026 whatever);<\/li>\n
  9. the hardest part if you haven\u2019t already: meditate<\/strong> until your life is transformed by the renewing of your mind. It is possible and necessary!<\/li>\n
  10. learn how to laugh<\/strong> from the heart again. Find joy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    You may be surprised to discover that your spiritual health and overall well-being is far better than you ever dreamed possible.<\/div>\n
