These\u00a0everyday Sundays without all the flowers and music and exaltation\u00a0are like the kind of day that Luke describes in his account of the\u00a0two disciples on their walk from Jerusalem to Emmaus some seven\u00a0miles away, (SITD 253-4).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It has me thinking about ordinary everyday resurrection\u2013everyday Sundays\u2013and how this is how the kingdom comes, in the ordinary. A walk along the road. A meal with friends where Jesus appears suddenly in your midst.
