A week or so of culinary hedonism is good for the soul right? I choose to think it is. So when my wife read me an article from\u00a0the food section at <em>The Huffington Post<\/em> on the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2013\/09\/30\/best-candy-bar-worst-photos_n_4004468.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Best 25 Candy Bars of All Time<\/a>,<\/em>\u00a0I was all ears. There are a lot of convenience stores between here &amp; Kansas, so I\u2019m always looking for ideas. That was, until I heard her picks: the\u00a0#1 all time best candy bar\u00a0was\u2026 wait for it\u2026 Milky Way.<\/p>\n<p>Milky Way? Is she\u00a0serious?<\/p>\n<p>Milky Way was what you tried to pawn off in your kid brother after Halloween, \u201cI\u2019ll give you three Milky Ways for that snicker bar\u201d\u2026 knowing full well that Christmas would roll around &amp; he\u2019d still be holding that Milky Way, waiting for the day he was desperate enough to actually eat it. She had Three Musketeers\u00a0at #3, and she didn\u2019t even list the Reese\u2019s Peanut Butter Cup, nor was the Toblerone on the list. It\u2019s a travesty! Milky way might be top 25, but there\u2019s no way it\u2019s number one.<\/p>\n<p>By sales, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orlandosentinel.com\/features\/the-list\/os-top-5-selling-candy-bars-in-the-world-20140411-post.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">top 5 candy bars<\/a> are:\u00a05. Cadbury Dairy Milk ($2.5 billion),\u00a04. Milka ($2.5 billion),\u00a03. Galaxy\/Dove ($2.6 billion),\u00a02. Reese\u2019s Peanut Butter Cups ($2.7 billion),\u00a01. Snickers ($3.6 billion). I can\u2019t do a full list, but here\u2019s my top ten. Feel free to give your opinion\u2026 although if you say Milky Way I will lose all respect :-).<\/p>\n<p>10.\u00a0Krackle<\/p>\n<p>09.
