This year they had another planned but t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ocregister.com\/news\/forum-369266-warren-civil.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">hey pulled the plug<\/a>. Warren said,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe created the civil forums to promote civility and personal respect between people with major differences,\u201d Warren said. \u201cThe forums are meant to be a place where people of goodwill can seriously disagree on significant issues without being disagreeable or resorting to personal attack and name-calling. But that is not the climate of today\u2019s campaign.
