A new Latino Decisions poll reveals<\/a> that Latinos in Florida are as eager for their President and Congress to pass comprehensive immigration reform as they are for their leaders to fix the economy.<\/p>\n

Those of you who are following Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes\u2019 divorce probably know that Cruise\u2019s Scientology<\/a> is rumored to have played a role in the couple\u2019s split. But did you also know that interfaith marriages with children are less likely to survive overall, at least according to data from 2001? More at USA Today<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Strangely enough, upper-income Americans are feeling worse about the economy than at any other point during 2012, according to Gallup<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A Republican state representative in Louisiana abruptly dropped her support<\/a> for Gov. Bobby Jindal\u2019s voucher bill to fund private schools after learning that \u201creligious\u201d did not mean \u201cChristian,\u201d and that the bill might thus fund Muslim schools. Nearly half of Americans and two-thirds of Republicans<\/a> believe that Islam is at odds with American values.<\/p>\n

And John Boehner declares<\/a> that \u201cthe American people probably aren\u2019t going to fall in love with Mitt Romney.\u201d But, he says, that doesn\u2019t matter, because a vote for Romney is a vote against Obama.<\/p>\n
