I\u2019m a Texas girl and I like my veggies deep-fried. Yum! So, what regional favorites should I eat while in the Land of the Yankee? (I have a friend from Massachusetts who gets upset when I call non-New Englanders Yankees, but I don\u2019t listen to her. What side were they on in the War for Southern Independence? North?
