We were wrapping things up when she climbed on my lap with a kleenex in hand and waved at the people on the screen. She then turned and handed me the tissue.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so sorry,\u201d I apologized, \u201cshe\u2019s obsessed with tissues and blowing noses right now.\u201d I turned to her and fake blew my nose.<\/p>\n

She stared at me as if I\u2019d lost my mind.<\/p>\n

\u201cWas I not <\/em>supposed to blow my nose?\u201d I asked her. \u201cIsn\u2019t that what the tissue is for?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNo.\u201d She grinned. \u201cI wiped myself. I\u2019m big!\u201d<\/p>\n

Laughter rolled through the computer speakers as the person on the other side asked, \u201cUmmm\u2026.Did you just blow your nose on a pee tissue?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, she did.\u201d My daughter answered him.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh my goodness,\u201d he guffawed, \u201cthat\u2019s the best thing I\u2019ve seen today.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m glad I could help.\u201d I replied as I bit back laughter.<\/p>\n

And with that, I went off to wash my face.<\/p>\n
