Earlier this evening, I mentioned to my 96-year-old grandmother that I haven\u2019t been sleeping very well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe problem,\u201d she told me, \u201cis that you don\u2019t know how to relax. You should just have a nip of whiskey before bed and you\u2019ll sleep just fine.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHow much whiskey?\u201d I asked her.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell\u2026it\u2019s different for every person\u2026so what you should do is get out one of your drinking glasses and just start pouring the whiskey into it.
