I asked her if she wanted it in email, IM, or the blog.\u00a0 She said on the blog so she could print it out.\u00a0 Here you go, Theresa, and anyone else who needs a dinner idea:<\/p>\n<p>Hungarian Goulash<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br>1 lb beef cut into small cubes (you can use hamburger in a pinch)<br>2 med onions minced<br>1\/4 tsp dried mustard<br>1 1\/4 tsp paprika<br>1 tbsp brown sugar<br>1 1\/4 tsp salt<br>3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce<br>3\/4 tsp apple cider vinegar<br>6 tbsp ketchup<br>1 1\/2 cups water<br>egg noodles<\/p>\n<p>Brown meat on all sides.\u00a0 Add onions.\u00a0 Add all ingredients except noodles to meat.\u00a0 Stir, cover.\u00a0 Cook on low heat 2 1\/2 hours until meat is tender.<\/p>\n<p>If you want the sauce a little thicker (you will), add flour to 1\/2 cup of water, stir to combine then add to meat.\u00a0 Stir until thickened.<\/p>\n<p>There you go, Tea!\u00a0 Let me know how it tastes with moose!<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My friend Theresa asked for my goulash recipe.
