Girls everywhere will agree with me (I hope) that it\u2019s just wrong for the midwife to hand my husband the paper that says \u201cCongratulations on getting to 31 weeks!\u00a0 Starting weight XXX\u00a0 Weight today XXX total weight gain so far XYZ\u201d<\/p>\n

Handed it right to him.\u00a0 Right in front of his eyes\u2026which know how to read\u2026thank you very much.<\/p>\n

I know that he knows I\u2019m no longer the super thin girl he married.\u00a0 He\u2019s watched my weight go up and down through 9 pregnancies.\u00a0 But really?\u00a0 Can she not hand him the paper that says how much up it is?\u00a0 I may be his wife, but I\u2019m also a girl and there are some things that we should just keep to ourselves.<\/p>\n
