\nSummertime Crockpot Meals<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 This kitchen gadget is great for more than cold-weather stews.\u00a0 It\u2019s perfect for the summer because it doesn\u2019t heat the kitchen up.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll go first.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m making Crockpot Chicken Tacos<\/b><\/span>\u00a0 tonight.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

2 lbs frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
\n1 pkg taco seasoning
\ntortillas and fixings<\/p>\n

Directions:
\nPut Chicken and seasoning in the crockpot around lunchtime because you forgot to do this earlier. (Unless you\u2019re way better at this than I happen to be.)Crank that baby up to high.\u00a0 (Low if you start in the morning.) Put on the lid and walk away.<\/p>\n

At dinner time, shred chicken with a fork.\u00a0 Put in tortilla. Add lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, etc. Enjoy!<\/p>\n

For a fun variation, use barbecue sauce instead of taco seasoning and enjoy BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches.<\/p>\n
