Fried Broccoli Baked Potatoes<\/span>
One baked potato for each person. ( I throw mine in the oven at 350* 45 minutes before lunch.\u00a0 If you forget, you can put them in the microwave.)
\u00a0Shredded cheddar cheese
Butter
olive oil
broccoli (fresh is best but frozen works, too)
garlic salt
onion powder<\/p>\n

Rough chop broccoli into bite sized pieces.
\u00a0Heat olive oil in skillet.
Add broccoli, with garlic salt, and onion powder to taste.\u00a0 Stir every few minutes until broccoli is browned and crispy on the ends.
Put butter and shredded cheese on potatoes, then add the broccoli.<\/p>\n
