#1 starts her first job today.\u00a0 Her cousin owns a silk-screening and embroidery shop and has offered my artistic child a chance to learn graphic design and production.\u00a0 She\u2019ll be working on Tuesdays and Thursdays.\u00a0 She can\u2019t wait to make a little money and is thrilled with the notion that her hobby could become a career some day.\u00a0 Who says this new generation is lazy?<\/p>\n

Our neighborhood pool was damaged in the floods earlier this week.\u00a0 We miss swimming every day.\u00a0 A pool at the house or in the neighborhood will be a \u201cmust have\u201d when we move to Dallas.\u00a0 I can\u2019t imagine summer without a pool to exhaust the children.<\/p>\n
