charset=utf-8\"><meta http-equiv=\"content-type\" content=\"text\/html; charset=utf-8\"><\/head><body><p>For some reason, y\u2019all are interested in what the doctor told me to eat for acid reflux.\u00a0 (The reflux is better today, by the way.)\u00a0 It\u2019s not a weight loss plan, although I am losing weight.\u00a0 It is simply a collection of foods which are known to not exacerbate my problem.\u00a0 For Kim, it\u2019s not affecting the amount of milk sweet #6 is getting, yet.\u00a0 It may though, and I\u2019m okay with that.\u00a0 He can have a few bottles of formula if it means my esophagus isn\u2019t getting burned.<\/p>\n<p>But you don\u2019t really care about all that do you?\u00a0 It\u2019s all about the food.<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Meat: <\/div>\n<p>Chicken, turkey or fish<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Grain:<\/div>\n<p>Brown rice, oats, or quinoa<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Fish:<\/div>\n<p>Cod, Mackerel, Tilapia, Trout or Tuna<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Vegetables and fruits:<\/div>\n<p>Any except tomatoes or citrus fruit (except I can have lemon juice on other foods)<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Beans:<\/div>\n<p>Any except soy<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Nuts:<\/div>\n<p>Any except peanut or macadamia<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Herbs and spices:<\/div>\n<p>Any<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Vinegar:<\/div>\n<p>Rice, Apple Cider, or Balsamic<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Oils:<\/div>\n<p>Almond, Avocado, Canola, Coconut, Flax seed, Grape seed, Olive (Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed), Safflower, Sesame, Sunflower, Walnut<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Sweeteners:<\/div>\n<p>Blackstrap molasses, Stevia, Agave nectar, Fruit sweetener<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: red\">Drinks:<\/div>\n<p>Fruit Juice (Fresh, unsweetened), Herbal tea, Tea (green, black, white, decaffeinated), water<\/p>\n<p>The hardest part for me is the no dairy, no red meat, and no condiments.\u00a0 Their exclusion makes me rethink how I cook and pay close attention to how the food I eat makes me feel.\u00a0 I\u2019m not road kill today, but am not back to my usual sunny self.\u00a0 On the plus side, I\u2019ve lost 3 pounds this week, so that\u2019s something.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For some reason, y\u2019all are interested in what the doctor told me to eat for acid reflux.\u00a0 (The reflux is better today, by the way.)\u00a0 It\u2019s not a weight loss plan, although I am losing weight.\u00a0 It is simply a collection of foods which are known to not exacerbate my problem.\u00a0 For Kim, it\u2019s not [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1979,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-960","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>What I&#039;m Eating<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"For some reason, y&#039;all are interested in what the doctor told me to eat for acid reflux.&nbsp;
