In our never-ending quest to find the cause of my coughing and mouth swelling, my doctor has ordered me to lose wight and follow a restricted diet to see if we can catch the culprit through process of elimination. It sounded like a not-too-tough thing to do until he gave me the list of what I\u2019m allowed to eat.\u00a0 That\u2019s right, the not-alloweds are so long that it\u2019s easier to tell me what I can eat.<\/p>\n
I grimaced a bit, being the foodie that I am but made up my mind that if this was what it took I\u2019d do it.\u00a0 Then he informed me that I\u2019d probably feel like road kill for the next few days as my body got rid of the left over crud I usually eat.\u00a0 What a plan!\u00a0 Eat nothing and feel bad.\u00a0 Why haven\u2019t I tried this before?\u00a0 Why don\u2019t we all eat this way?<\/p>\n
