Today I am embarking on a journey to change my life.\u00a0 I\u2019ve never been a serious dieter.\u00a0 I love food.\u00a0 I love to slather it in sauces and relish ever morsel.\u00a0 I need to make sure that there are fewer morsels on my fork.<\/p>\n

I need to rediscover my love of the gym and running.\u00a0 As much as I love curling up on the couch with my babies, I need to exercise if I want to meet their babies.\u00a0 There is heart disease in my family, and diabetes.\u00a0 Fat is no joke to me.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m adding a counter to keep track of my loss.\u00a0 I\u2019m not telling you where I\u2019m starting, just that I need to lose 20 and would rejoice at 30 pounds.\u00a0 I need to see it to keep me motivated, to keep me honest.\u00a0 Summer is around the corner, and I hear a new swimsuit and pretty sun dresses calling me.\u00a0 Let\u2019s see if I can get there.<\/p>\n
