Pet peeves appear almost daily, even when you\u2019re in the best of spirits. You\u2019ll get behind the wheel, start driving somewhere and a car will crawl along on the highway in front. They finally get over and when you get about halfway beside them, they start thinking they\u2019re in the Indianapolis 500. If they\u2019d gone a normal speed to begin with, you wouldn\u2019t have had a problem. Before you know it, you\u2019re peeved.<\/p>\n
I thought it might be fun to do a series of blog posts on this subject. We all have one or two that really get under our skin, so let\u2019s hear \u2019em. Let\u2019s save the road rages ones for next time. Maybe even future ones about restaurants, theaters and traveling as well. They all deserve their own blog posts.<\/p>\n
Here are some general ones that immediately come to mind: <\/p>\n
\u2013Holding the door open<\/span> for someone who not only doesn\u2019t say thank you<\/span> but doesn\u2019t even make eye contact.<\/p>\n -Likewise, people who do not return a greeting.<\/span> I\u2019ve known several people who would just give me a cold icy glare when I\u2019d say \u201cgood morning\u201d or something to that effect. Bad form!<\/p>\n \u2013Line-cutters<\/span> \u2013 this has happened a few times recently. Every time I get irritated about it, I\u2019m reminded of the lines I cut when I was younger. What goes around comes around, I guess.<\/p>\n Those are few to get us started. I\u2019ll chime in again when I think of more.
