Revelation 21:8<\/a> says:<\/p>\n

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars<\/em>\u2014they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Revelation 21:27<\/a> adds in reference to the New Jerusalem:<\/p>\n

Nothing evil\u00a0will be allowed to enter, nor anyone who practices<\/em> shameful idolatry and dishonesty<\/em>\u2014but only those whose names are written in the Lamb\u2019s Book of Life.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Given<\/a> that<\/a> the<\/a> claims<\/a> of young-earth creationism<\/a> about<\/a> both the Bible<\/a> and science<\/a> have been<\/a> shown<\/a> to be lies<\/a>, falsehoods<\/a>, half-truths<\/a>, and<\/a> deceptions<\/a> time<\/a> and<\/a> time<\/a> again<\/a>, it seems to me fairly clear what the Book of Revelation says awaits young-earth creationists.<\/p>\n

Obviously you can choose to reject the Bible\u2019s teaching on hell\/the lake of fire, and\/or the Bible\u2019s teaching about lies<\/a> and falsehood. But you cannot accept both, and also be a young-earth creationist, without also accepting that you are destined for Hell.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
