Oxford is such a great city, and I am staying at bed &amp; breakfast accommodations at Wadham College. Both are academics, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vts.edu\/podium\/default.aspx?t=204&amp;nid=841056&amp;bl=\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"\" class=\" decorated-link\">Robert was recently appointed the new director of the Center for Anglican Communion Studies at Virginia Theological Seminary<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: none\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.patheos.com\/blogs\/exploringourmatrix\/files\/2013\/07\/wpid-Photo-Jul-7-2013-221-PM.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.patheos.com\/blogs\/exploringourmatrix\/files\/2013\/07\/wpid-Photo-Jul-7-2013-221-PM.jpg\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: none\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wp-media.patheos.com\/blogs\/exploringourmatrix\/files\/2013\/07\/wpid-Photo-Jul-7-2013-426-PM.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" class=\" decorated-link\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.patheos.com\/blogs\/exploringourmatrix\/files\/2013\/07\/wpid-Photo-Jul-7-2013-426-PM.jpg\" class=\"alignnone\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Then for dinner, I had the chance to meet up with Charles H\u00e4berl and Matthew Morgenstern, both of whom as linguists specializing in Mandaic, who are here for the conference.
