I had barely posted on the fact that the story of Noah's ark makes at least slightly more sense when one includes hyper-fast evolution, when the blog The Layman's Answer to Everything posted<\/a> about the story of Noah's ark being a parable of evolution. When the metaphorical flood comes, the fittest survive. <\/p>\n

Then Chris Brady shared a cartoon<\/a> depicting creation in a manner that sci-fi fans and neo-Gnostics alike should appreciate:<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Ben Stanhope responded to Answers in Genesis<\/a>, pointing out some issues at the Creation Museum, including one so glaring that even the Answers in Genesis website acknowledges it is wrong!<\/p>\n

And finally, Brian Bibb posted on selective Bible reading and Biblical illiteracy<\/a>, saying:<\/p>\n

There\u2026is the problem of biblical literacy. Even those who claim to take their faith seriously often have a profoundly underdeveloped knowledge of the Bible. And even if they do know its contents, there is a shocking lack of careful interpretation in the church. If people really knew the Bible, con-men like Joel Osteen and Ken Ham would be out of business.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
