But here are some sources for those interested in finding out more:<\/p>\n<p>Inside Higher Ed had a piece about this: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.insidehighered.com\/news\/2009\/10\/16\/butler\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.insidehighered.com\/news\/2009\/10\/16\/butler<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Squared Peg seeks to chronicle the controversy as it unfolded at <a href=\"http:\/\/squaredpeg.com\/index.php\/2009\/10\/16\/butler-university-sues-anonymous-blogger\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/squaredpeg.com\/index.php\/2009\/10\/16\/butler-university-sues-anonymous-blogger\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>MLRC focuses on legal actions against bloggers, including this case: <a href=\"http:\/\/mlrcblogsuits.blogspot.com\/2009\/10\/butler-university-v.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/mlrcblogsuits.blogspot.com\/2009\/10\/butler-university-v.html<\/a><\/p>\n<div>Jess Zimmerman, the blogger in question, has a blog at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.akadoe.blogspot.com\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.akadoe.blogspot.com\/<\/a> Jess is the son of Michael Zimmerman, known to many readers of this blog for his role in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.butler.edu\/clergyproject\/rel_evol_sun.htm\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">Clergy Letter Project<\/a>.
