The folks at The Jesus Blog announced<\/a> the good news that the exciting session on memory studies and the historical Jesus at SBL this year was recorded. Here they are:<\/p>\n<\/iframe>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\""Jesus and Memory," moderated by James Crossley (45mins)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yjFe8La_LQs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<p>I am really sorry that more of the presenters and panelists did not follow Rafael\u2019s lead in trying to reenact in reverse Da Vinci\u2019s Last Supper.<\/p>\n<p>Given the topic, I would be very interested to hear from people who were there whether listening to it again confirmed or challenged their memory of what was said. Today we can play back words verbatim in a way that simply wasn\u2019t possible 2,000 years ago.
