All our worldviews are human constructs, imperfect attempts to do justice to a reality more complex than they are. They crumble, and break, and in other ways show their imperfections.<\/p>\n<p>But what is a problem is when people pretend that things are otherwise. They are like the people who eat a crumbly cookie, and as the mess on the floor becomes worse and worse, they become increasingly agitated and yet feign nonchalance, perhaps even moving slowly away from the spot and then shaking their head at the mess that \u201csomeone\u201d had made.<\/p>\n<p>Cookies and worldviews crumble.
