Title: Why the proposed requirement that the entirety of one\u2019s paper be expressible, as regards its principle subject matter, in the title of one\u2019s proposal, in the form of a run-on sentence, will not reduce the number of papers proposed, and thereby reduce the proliferation of sessions which is the concern of this session, and why the requirement that all proposals prove their academic gravit\u00e9<\/i> by including at least three foreign words will only result in pseudo-intellectuals defiantly shouting \u201cillegitimis non carborundum\u201d and including random words, particularly in German, used willk\u00fcrlich und in einer Weise nichtwissenschaftlich<\/i>.<\/b><\/p>\n
