Well, we\u2019re getting close to the end of the season, and some pretty remarkable plot developments are carrying us along. It has been said that the finale (to be broadcast next week) will be so game-changing that we\u2019ll wonder how the show can continue after it. My guess is that Jack and Eloise and crew will succeed in detonating the bomb, and that\u2019s where they\u2019ll leave us hanging until the Fall, wondering whether that changed the course of history or not. And since someone will have to detonate the bomb, my guess is that we\u2019ll watch Jack \u201cdie\u201d, and wonder whether in doing so, he changed history and saved his own life in the process.<\/p>\n
If we didn\u2019t already know that there is an actor who is playing Jacob (although perhaps that is a ruse?), I\u2019d guess that Jack, by dying to reset history, could end up as Jacob, trapped as a result in limbo, neither fully alive nor fully dead. Or, in other words, mostly dead<\/i>\u2026<\/p>\n
