It seems to me that, in our era of Photoshop, simply asking for pictures or other such evidence is not enough. One has to be able to discern the truth in a manner that takes into account the fact that photographs and even our own eyes may deceive us. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gocomics.com\/speedbump\/2014\/05\/23#.U4YncnI7sus\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Speed Bump comic above<\/a> seems to me to accompany the point nicely.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I saw someone use the phrase \u201cpics or it didn\u2019t happen\u201d on Facebook recently.
