Eldad is fascinated with a subject that is\u00a0far too neglected, namely the evidence of Christianity in ancient Galilee. We know from both Jewish and Christian texts that Jewish Christianity had a significant presence in the region in the first few centuries after the time of Jesus. But\u00a0eventually we lose that strand in the mists of time, as Christianity becomes predominantly Gentile.<\/p>\n<p>He has looked for archaeological evidence for Jewish Christianity in the region, particularly in the evidence provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/religionprof\/2011\/06\/eldad-keynan-on-a-different-tomb-in-lower-galilee.html\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">tombs<\/a>.
