Larry Hurtado has posted the final installment in our blog conversation about monotheism and Christology<\/a>. Let me express once again my appreciation for his willingness to engage in this discussion, which I certainly have found beneficial, and hope others have as well. Most importantly, I feel as though this discussion has helped me identify more clearly what precisely it is that Hurtado and I reach different conclusions about, thus clarifying in my mind as well the large extent to which we agree \u2013 largely due to Hurtado\u2019s own seminal<\/a> contributions<\/a> to our understanding of first-century Jewish monotheism<\/a>, to which all those working in this area are indebted, myself included.<\/p>\n
