The Doctor and Sarah arrive on the \u201clast known planet\u201d in the universe, Zeta Minor, where a team of scientists is looking for a solution to Earth\u2019s dwindling energy resources. However, they have in fact crossed over into the realm beyond the universe, and thus have stumbled across antimatter, and any attempt to leave with it and return to Earth will be cataclysmic. But we have people <i>handling<\/i> antimatter and one person becoming \u201cinfected\u201d with antimatter, which turns him into \u201cAntiman.\u201d The Doctor manages to save Prof. Sorenson, leaving the antimatter behind. But it doesn\u2019t make any sense if you know anything about antimatter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/056340597X\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=056340597X&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=jamefmcgrshom-20&amp;linkId=BJWV2TB45MMK6RSS\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/widgets\/q?_encoding=UTF8&amp;ASIN=056340597X&amp;Format=_SL110_&amp;ID=AsinImage&amp;MarketPlace=US&amp;ServiceVersion=20070822&amp;WS=1&amp;tag=jamefmcgrshom-20\" alt=\"\" width=\"70\" height=\"110\" border=\"0\"><\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important;margin: 0px !important\" src=\"https:\/\/ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=jamefmcgrshom-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=056340597X\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\">The point of the story is presumably the risks we are willing to take in grasping things we still don\u2019t understand, in an effort to provide power for our contemporary lifestyles. And that sometimes even when we find something extremely valuable, we need to leave it behind, not only for our own sake but for the sake of others.<\/p>\n<p>Religion comes up explicitly in the episode when the question is raised of what a deceased soldier\u2019s denomination was.
