My students in \u201cFaith, Doubt and Reason\u201d have been thinking about the story of Abraham nearly sacrificing Isaac in conversation with Plato\u2019s Euthyphro, Clifford\u2019s \u201cThe Ethics of Belief\u201d and other readings from this semester. And so this cartoon from The Ongoing Adventures of ASBO Jesus<\/a> seemed particularly worth sharing\u2026<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

It\u2019s actually pretty much the same ending as in the Bible, except with a modern-day angel\u2026and presumably different consequences for Abraham.<\/p>\n
