There have been times when I thought the opposite \u2013 when the world\u00a0filled with angels and demons and a cosmic spiritual battle waging across it has seemed so much more exciting than the world most of us inhabit.<\/p>\n

But then Fred Clark<\/a> comes along and writes something like this:<\/p>\n

I often criticize fundamentalism and inerrantism because it\u2019s wrong. And it\u00a0<\/span>is<\/em>\u00a0wrong. But it\u2019s flattened, fragile approach to the Bible isn\u2019t just wrong, it\u2019s also far less <\/span>interesting <\/em>than the real Bible really is.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
